2. What Data I Collect
When you use the contact form on this website, I collect:
- Name — to address you in correspondence
- Email address — to reply to your inquiry
- Project details — to understand your requirements
- Optional: budget range and project type
I do not collect any sensitive personal data (health, racial origin, political opinions, etc.).
3. How I Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Respond to your project inquiry
- Discuss and manage our working relationship
- Issue invoices and manage payments (if we work together)
- Comply with legal obligations
I do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it to third parties, and do not share it with anyone except where required by law.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on:
- Consent — when you submit the contact form
- Contractual necessity — to perform services you have commissioned

5. Data Retention
Contact form inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 6 months. Project-related correspondence and invoicing data is retained for 5 years as required by Spanish tax law, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Email Privacy
I use Proton Mail (proton.me) for all communications. Proton Mail provides end-to-end encryption and is based in Switzerland, subject to Swiss and EU privacy law. No email content is scanned for advertising purposes.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential functional cookies required for navigation. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
